Kraft Foods launches belVita Breakfast Biscuits in US
American snack food company Kraft Foods has launched belVita Breakfast Biscuits in the US. The biscuits are available in Blueberry, Golden Oat and Apple Cinnamon flavors.
According to the company, belVita Breakfast Biscuits do not contain high fructose corn syrup, partially hydrogenated oils, artificial flavors or sweeteners. They are baked with whole grains and are specially developed to provide nutritious sustained energy to fuel the body for the whole morning.
The biscuits are rich in cereals, contain a selection of vitamins and minerals, and have been scientifically proven to slowly release carbohydrates over four hours. The new product can be eaten as part of a balanced breakfast - with a portion of fruit, a serving of dairy, and a drink such as tea or coffee.
Each individual package of four crunchy biscuits is portioned for breakfast and contains 18-20g whole grains per serving, four B vitamins, and is a good source of fiber.
belVita Breakfast is now available on US store shelves nationwide in the cookie/cracker aisle.
